Was something stolen during your visit to Studenterhuset?

We’re sorry to hear that and would like to help.

1. Report the theft to the police

You can do this online at
politi.dk/en/theft-and-property-damage/theft.

Mention that Studenterhuset (CVR 15617837) may have CCTV recordings; our cameras are registered with the police. Data protection rules prevent us from sharing footage with you directly, but the police can request it from us.

2. Email us at info@studenterhuset.com

If you’re unsure whether it was theft, you’re welcome to contact us first. Please include:

  • Date and approximate time of the theft
  • Where in the house it happened
  • Your appearance and clothing, so we can find you on the footage
  • The stolen item(s)
  • A description of the thief, if you saw them, and any other relevant details

We’ll let you know if we have relevant footage and save it for the police. Recordings are deleted after about 28 days, so please get in touch soon. Reviewing footage takes time, so expect a reply within a few working days.
