\nPlease note that the earliest booking date after the summer break is Monday, August 10, as Studenterhuset is closed prior to this date.

\nFill out the booking form below with a detailed description of your event. We will review your request and inform you whether you can borrow\/rent a room and if your preferred time and space are available.

    NOTE!<\/strong><\/span>
    \nPromoter are responsible for setting up tables and chairs for the event \u2013 expect to spend at least 15-20 minutes on this in Main Hall, also after the event. Preparation and cleanup must take place within the booked period.<\/p>\n

    Access to the premises<\/span>
    \n<\/strong>Upon arrival, please go to the bar for check in. The manager will unlock the room you have booked and check that everything is alright. The room can\u2019t be locked while it is lent.
