Yoga at Studenterhuset (KSI class) Once again Studenterhuset offers Yoga Classes in collaboration with KSI (Københavns Universitets Studenteridræt. This hatha yoga class on Saturdays will include yoga poses (asana) and breath exercises (pranayama) that will help you build strength, balance, flexibility, concentration and breath control.
