Yoga at Studenterhuset (KSI class)
Once again Studenterhuset offers Yoga Classes in collaboration with KSI (Københavns Universitets Studenteridræt.
This hatha yoga class on Saturdays will include yoga poses (asana) and breath exercises (pranayama) that will help you build strength, balance, flexibility, concentration and breath control.
Each class will begin with a short meditation, followed by gentle yoga poses that warm up your muscles.
The class will then evolve into more of a Hatha flow and end in deep stretches, balancing poses and twists as well as mindful relaxation. After the class you will feel more energized, clear-headed, balanced and de-stressed.
Yoga is an individual journey, and this class allows for you to explore your potential in a gentle and mindful way.
The Saturday morning yoga-classes run throughout the fall. You’ll be energized, balanced and ready for the weekend. The class is in English and based on traditional Hatha Yoga.
